Is Blockstream Jade Bitcoin only?
Jade supports Bitcoin and Liquid Network assets. It is not a multi coin wallet.

Does Blockstream Jade have a Secure Element?
No. Jade uses an open source design with a blind oracle PIN server for protection, and can run fully air gapped using the camera and QR codes.

Jade or Jade Plus?
Jade Plus adds a larger screen, better camera and a sturdier build for a higher price. Both run the same open source firmware.

Is this device genuine and factory sealed?

Yes. The Crypto Merchant is an authorized reseller and sources every wallet from the manufacturer or its authorized distributor. Devices arrive new and sealed. We never open, pre-configure or ship a wallet with a pre-written recovery phrase. If a seal looks tampered with on arrival, do not use the device and contact us.

How long does shipping take?

US orders ship free with tracking and usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days from our warehouse in Florida. International shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

What is the return policy?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Opened hardware wallets cannot be resold for security reasons, so they are not returnable. See our refund policy for the full terms, including restocking fees.

What if the device is faulty?

Hardware wallets are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If a device is defective, email support@thecryptomerchant.com and we will point you to the right warranty process for your brand.
